You must be at least 16 years old to use OzCal. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information so your nutrition targets are meaningful.
OzCal is a nutrition tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Calorie and macronutrient targets are general estimates calculated from the details you provide and established formulas. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, dietitian or health professional. Always consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise or health routine, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition. Use OzCal at your own discretion.
OzCal offers a free tier and may offer paid subscription tiers. Any paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices, billing periods and features will be shown before you purchase. Cancellations and refunds are handled per the relevant app store's policies.
Product nutrition information is sourced from Open Food Facts and is provided "as is". Community-contributed data may contain inaccuracies; always check product packaging where accuracy matters. Open Food Facts data is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
OzCal, including its name, design and software, is owned by WEAF AI Creations. You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using the app you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display your data to you and operate the service.
OzCal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEAF AI Creations is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using OzCal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
